We are not the typical real estate broker or agent; we are a commercial real estate firm, founded by Gregory Knoop and Donna Wilkerson. Our experienced professionals know the commercial real estate market intimately. wkCommercialGroup has a track record in retail, office, entertainment, multi-family, land, investments, and foreclosures. Under the day to day direction of Donna Wilkerson, wkRealtyGroup handles single family residential transactions with the same high level of service as wkCommercialGroup.

PRINCIPALS
GREGORY KNOOP
Gregory Knoop has been involved in commercial real estate for more than three decades, beginning in 1984. Prior to forming the wkCommercialGroup, Mr. Knoop was the Chief Development Officer for KidZania USA, an investment of Somerset Partners, a NY based private equity firm where he served as the Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing, Operations, and Management of Somerset’s office portfolio.
Gregg is highly recognized for his real estate astuteness in retail, office, food and beverage, multi-family and strategic investment value creation. Among Knoop’s greatest strength is his natural ability to identify potential pitfalls and prepare his team with an array of well thought out solutions. As the Co-founder of wkCommercialGroup, his real estate experience managing multiple properties and professionals has been instrumental in establishing a disciplined commercial real estate approach.
He and Co-founder Donna Wilkerson are engaged in day to day transactions while together they are building a team of experienced professionals that know the commercial real estate market intimately.
DONNA WILKERSON
Donna Wilkerson, a career educator became a top performing real estate sales agent after fourteen years in elementary education in Frisco and Garland, Texas. Donna is dedicated to teaching and helping others. Her transition into being a full time residential real estate agent was seamless, earning her “rookie-of-the-year” immediately in her first year in the business. She has since earned a multitude of awards for top performance and is recognized at Keller Williams as a member of an elite group of top performers, while also serving on the firms coveted ALC Board. Raised in North Texas, her successful real estate career has been built on my core belief and foundation of shared knowledge, along with objectivity and integrity for every client and on every transaction.
She and Co-founder Gregory Knoop are engaged in day to day transactions while together they are building a team of experienced professionals that emphasize looking at the big picture and understand that conducting business with expertise, integrity, and diligence in a manner that cultivates invaluable relationships.
Both Ms Wilkerson and Mr Knoop have built their careers on the premise of developing positive long-term relationships with our clients. As Principals, both individuals are long recognized for their highly disciplined approach, consultative approach and a process that has generated positive returns for investors of both commercial and residential properties.
